Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. Homemade banana chips!
I’m glad that I can’t see what everyone else see’s when I look in the mirror. I never look at my body, rolls & all & think “god I’m disgusting”…I just don’t get it. I also don’t get how anyone could think or actually say hurtful things about someone else’s body. The reality is, this beautiful FAT body gave me a son, has carried me through my amazing life & taught me much more then I ever learned in a textbook. There are no rules on how or when you are “allowed” to start loving your body. You don’t have to lose all of your weight, have bigger boobs, a flat stomach, & whatever else society fools you into thinking is beautiful to LOVE YOUR BODY. You only get one shot at this life, so why not make it a good one?

Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 bananas, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! I love green smoothies!!! This will give you tons of energy!
